This pressure washer provides leak-proof seals for water, gas, oil
and other fluids. EPDM rubber vulcanizes with metals including
galvanized mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Adhesive
washers offer cost-effective solutions for roof screw connections
and fluid containment applications.

Plate Vulcanizing Machine Construction
- Composed of press plate, up and down platform, piston stroke,
hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and pillar column
- Hot plates made from 35# steel plates with normalizing treatment
and double scale rolling
- Up and down platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision
manufacturing and stress-relief heat treatment
- Cylinder material: QT500-7 with HT200 piston (alternative:
ZG270-500 cylinder with chilled alloy cast iron piston)
- Double sealing ring with dustproof ring for extended service life
- Assembled oil pump provides hydraulic power with manual/automatic
control options
- Electrical control system supports automatic and semi-automatic
operation modes
